Medical marijuana - Europe refuses to debate - Aug 04,2011

California leads the way in the use of Medical Marijuana. There are many "dispensarys" and walk in clinics. Venice beach is a haven for those in need of Medical Marijuana. We here from Harvey Martin one of the former founders of the MM movement. Meanwhile on the otherside of the pond euorpe seems to have closed the doors to medical use and handed all research over to big pharma with exclusive rights. Andwhilst patients cannoit buy it in UK. Big pharma sells it to Canada where suffering Brits import it. Dutch people coming to UK can legally bring the prescription Marijuana into the UK and use it, A brit on the other hand may well be prosecuted. So much for European harmony

For 14 years The FDA were looking for a way to bring Burzynski to court, they had their moment but a jury declared itself hopelessly deadlocked and the judge declared a mistrial, then acquitted the doctor on 34 of the 75 charges. Jurors said they were split 6-6 on charges that Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, 54, committed mail fraud in billing insurance companies, violated FDA law and ignored a 1983 federal court order barring interstate shipment. A retrial was set for the remaining 41 charges
